Arizona Leak Pros provides swimming pool leak detection and repair services to residential and commercial customers in Arizona, including but not limited to:

• Pool leak detection and diagnosis
• Pool leak repair and maintenance
• Related pool equipment services
• Emergency leak repair services

All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment of feasibility and safety.

3. Service Areas and Scheduling

Service Areas

We provide our services throughout the entire East and West Valleys of Arizona. Service availability in specific locations may vary.

Scheduling and Appointments

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability
• We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within scheduled time windows
• Weather conditions, emergency calls, or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling
• You will receive appointment confirmations and technician arrival notifications

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customer Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible

Late Cancellations: Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service charge

Our Cancellations: We will provide reasonable notice if we need to reschedule

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Service Pricing

• Pricing varies based on service type, complexity, and location
• Estimates are provided when possible but final pricing depends on actual work performed
• Emergency services may be subject to additional charges
• All prices are subject to change without notice

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made

• Carrier Charges: Standard message and data rates apply according to your wireless plan
• Supported Carriers: Messages are supported by major carriers; delivery not guaranteed on all networks

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Remove or secure pets during service visits

• Arrange for authorized access during scheduled appointments if you will not be present to provide access the day of the appoinent
• Provide timely payment for services rendered

• Customer is responsible for providing safe, clear access to work areas
• We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, hardscaping, or structures not directly related to our work
• Pool water levels and chemical balance are customer responsibility unless specifically included in service

Warranty Limitations

• Workmanship warranty periods vary by service type and will be specified
• Warranties do not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from external factors
• Warranty claims must be reported promptly

8. Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability

Arizona Leak Pros' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Insurance

We maintain appropriate business liability insurance. Proof of insurance available upon request.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arizona Leak Pros from claims arising from your negligence or failure to follow our recommendations.
